My fees are on a sliding scale from $125-$175 for individuals and $200-$250 for couples. I accept either cash or check.
I am an in-network provider for Oxford and United Behavioral Health(individual therapy). I can accept all other insurance plans that allow you to go out of network(POS).
If you are not sure you are covered by your insurance, you can call their customer service number and ask:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session? Is approval required from my primary care physician?
